Brother, those are part of the 3 inch drop seat kit from FBI. They come with the kit and I got them painted to match factory. Lets you ride in the bike like a softail.

never thought i'd like apes, but had to do something with my super glide. the stocks were forward and low, being 6'1 i was to tall for that, ended up with mini 8's with 3 1/2 inch risers. so i had to do apes on my new ride.
