Old farmers don't offer extended warranty plans, but I am not a fan of the either.

Took a look this morning, it's got 2600 miles on it. He is stuck on the fact that he sees them going for 12 on ebay, I offered 8 and he wouldn't take it. It's nice and would clean up but I'm not going to pay more than I can insure it for. Low retail is $5800 and High is $10995 so I left it at I will talk it over with the OL and give you a call. Honestly I could take it or leave it, it's low miles but it's just a bike.

It sounds like he is just fishing for someone to overpay.
I wouldnt go past $8500 for it.
His comments about ebay dont hold up.
There are 2 for sale right now for $9700 and $8900 and a quick search on completed sales ( a real value indicator) does not show anything near what he claims.
At 12K firm he will continue to own it and probably doesnt care.
Good luck with the search.

I love my EFI 05 Fat boy. If it is a 15th anniversary edition then it would have a 95 inch motor from the factory not an 88 . Mine is an 88 and now has about 19k on it. I got and it had a full stage 1 with download installed. Last winter I did the the cam plate and oil pump conversion with Andrews 48H cams and This bike will out pull my friends 2001 Fat Bot Lo

As far as the price..so up with $9K cash and show it to him..cash on hand = bike sold!
