I have gone from a 2010 Street Glide to a 2016 Heritage Classic. Love the bike but I am having some trouble getting comfortable with the handlebars. The Street Glide bars were the most suited to me for comfort over any other bike I have owned in 43 years of riding. I didn't think it would be as different as it is. I now have over 800 miles on the bike and my upper back still is not liking it much. Any suggestions for a remedy would be appreciated. I doubt that I am the only one who has had this problem. H-D does not offer to many options for handlebars for this bike so I intend to keep the ones I have if possible.
Thanks
If you raise them with risers or taller bars the brake cable doesn't give you much extra lentgh at all.wiring and clutch cable will probably be fine within reason.i put 4 inch risers on mine but had to change brake cable but got rid of my neck pain.
Thanks for the feedback guys. I'll eventually get it worked out. It's getting warm and I can't wait to get the Heritage on some long rides.

The Heritage bars are one of the best bars around. They take some getting used to, but once you do you won't go back to the FL bars. Ride it a couple months and repost, I think you will agree. I speak from experience.
