I ordered a set of rocker lockers a while back and never had the time to install them. I never really paid attention to the rocker box ticking sound in till I swapped my short shots to a much quiter 2 into 1 system. I am sure I am not the only one who has the tick and definitely not the first person to install rocker lockers. But for the price and easy install I will say they are worth getting if you don't have them. I am sure John Lindsey is not making any profit off this product cause they are cheap and come with everything you need to install them. The motor runs so quiet that all I hear is the exhaust. This is now one of my top favorite mods I have done
My bad they are called rockouts! None the less I enjoy the quiet motor and the fact that I don't have to deal with the ticking. I had this same problem on my sportster
Thanks for the kind words, and the name change I'm particularly happy to hear the installation method I developed is working so well for folks.
It's great to hear from yet another tap free biker!
