Default Vibration at 3200 rpm

I have a 2016 Heritage with 950 miles on it. This is my first Softail. When I run at 3200 rpm or higher I start getting a teeth rattling vibration. At first I thought it was wheels or tires. If Get it up to 75 mph pull in the clutch bike rides smooth. I have had it in the shop and they think its normal. but they were also checking wheels and tires. The bike has Vance & Hines long shots and Screaming eagle open air cleaner. I have remap it with Power vision tuner. All fluids have been changed out for 1000 mile service. Is This Normal?????

Heritage windshield buffeting possibly. For giggles, take it for a ride at 70, without the windshield, and see if it stops.
My windshield will buffet so badly, that I can barely see, turns my eyes into vibrating jello *****.
It has a lot to do with leg angle, your height, and a couple other factors.
Some get it, some don't.

On my 2008 Fatboy, I have the same thing as you, and I did exactly what you did, pulling in the clutch at highway speed and she is smooth as silk. I just added V&H true duals over the winter and I suspect I/we are feeling some sort of exhaust feedback. I did not have this before I added the V&H. mine starts at about 55, or when I roll the throttle. I like the V&H system and am relieved it is not some wheel or tire issue.

pipes are the likely culprit. Much lighter than the stock pipe, I noticed similar vibrations when I had V&H shortshots on my dyna. I was glad to get rid of them after they broke.

The vibration is not normal. Keep taking it back to the dealer until it is fixed or the motorcycle is replaced outright.

Don't shift until reaching 5000 rpm. Does it vibrate the same, or worse, at slower speeds (mph)? If yes, then it is not the windshield, tires, exhaust, etc. but the engine and/or drivetrain.

Below 3200 rpm NO vibration. I mean super smooth. I have added the fangs for air buffeting. I have a taller long ride windshield on order. I am looking for a bike that I can ride 80mph without rattling my teeth out.

That bike should not vibrate as bad as you state at any speed. I have V&H BSS and it buzzes in the floorboards a little around 3000 rpm and thats it. Smooth everywhere else.

What is causing your vibrations - high rpm or high speed? You need to get the engine rpm above 3200 rpm at a lower speed (read: 1st gear) to rule out high speed vibrations.

If you are getting vibrations from high speeds, then remove all the aftermarket crap until it is 100% stock.
