Clearance between Blackline console and speedo cup is indeed a few mm.
If you have stock rubber riser bushings when you hit the throttle and grab firmly the handlebars they slightly move toward the rider and as a consequence cup might hit the console.
Try and tighten a bit risers and buy polyurethane bushings, they're more rigid.

The black line has the speedo mounted different to clear the the dash. As stated be for swap the riser bushings but I would use Solid riser bushings to ensure it does not hit
