I fabricated it myself. Could probably make another one, but wouldn't be a cheap endeavor.

I like the idea but that full size tourpak seems wrong. I would go with the slimmer one. Just my .02

I’m going to go with a smaller trunk with passenger backrest and arm rests for sure, but it’s the bracket that’s the awkward part of the puzzle, I’ve tried nearly every avenue I could trying to find a pre made bracket for my breakout and it’s either not there or I cannot find it so fabricating it is my only option. For the two trips a year I do with my wife it’ll probably be a lot of work for little return, but I have to do my best to try and make both trips enjoyable and comfortable for her.

You're on the right track.

I had a Kawasaki Nomad and there are a lot of folks that did exactly what you are doing with those for the same reason. In fact your brackets are eerily similar to the design that many of the Nomad owners used. Biggest thing is designing it such that it can withstand the pressure of passenger leaning into it. Consider the leverage applied.

You've done a helluva good Fab job man. I usually don't say negative stuff, but I gotta tell ya.....THAT LOOKS LIKE ****!
When you go places, people probably really eyeball that monstrosity?
How about selling it all, parted out, of course! Buy a sporty for local fun, and a RK
Good used, megamile road bike.

It settled an itch at a time I couldn't justify a second bike. I've since bought a road glide and turned my breakout into a bobber. But I learned a lot about my bike and taught myself some cool stuff in metal work doing it! Tourpak is now repainted and used on my the.
