I actually went 2 routes:

1) I talked to a couple of HD dealers and 1 had replaced it with a seal from a different repair kit, I went that route through my local dealer but it was on back order, had to wait until it came in and they fixed it. Drove the rest of the summer (i'm in Canada) with no issues, approx 3000 miles.

2) I emailed the manufacturer in Italy that makes the front fork for HD. Unfortunately they have an agreement with HD where they couldn't sell directly to me but they did get me the part # for the seal and put me in touch with one of their re-sellers in Italy. The good news was that they supply Fast Bike Industries in North Caroline (http://www.fastbikeindustries.com/) and I ordered 4 spare seals from them that cost me $15USD each at the time. I don't have the part number here in front of me but I do have my invoice, they list the seal as (oil seal Marzocchi 43). From HD I had to buy the kit but they only use the seal.

I'll look for the part numbers and post them if I find them.
I know it's a long shot because of how long ago this was. But is there any chance you ever found those part numbers? How did it work out for you?
I have an 06 Night Train with the inverted fork option that I am researching this same issue on right now as nobody has been able to get me any answers.

Sorry, i couldn’t find it. But this was the number on the bag when I got it. I also included a pic of the old seal. Hopefully that helps.

If you’re stuck, I got mine fixed at the dealer here in Canada before I got the seals, they used a different repair kit, part #48728-07-HDC - Fork Seal Kit, FXDSE. This was in 2016, it’s been ok since.
