Just installed these on my 07 Fatboy. http://www.cyclevisions.com/go_forwards.html
I LOVE THIS CHANGE!
I am 6'0" tall and it gave me extra room to stretch out when I ride.
No need for highway pegs now. It moved the kickstand along with it. No problems there! Works awesome. Very easy to install.
One issue with the install was on the left side there is a small tab that sticks out from the bracket that needs to be ground flush. Easy to do. You could even do it with a large file if you wanted to spend the time.
Did you need a different brake line? If so where did you get it? I have an 06 Heritage, according to the link it doesnt say anything about a different brake line. But I dont see how that is possible. Did you also look at Arlen Ness 3" extensions? I am debating between the two......
I used the same brake line. I was very carefull when I bent the line to stretch it. Just made it.
2" extensions was just right. Any more and I'd have a hard time reaching the jiffy stand to pull it in.
I have seen short stainless steel braided lines for this application. http://www.harley-davidson.com/dwp/g...bmLocale=en_US
I bought a set from Harleygoodies.com for around $50. Not sure if they do what yours does but all these do is extend the floorboards out about 1 1/4 inches. It makes a huge difference in the ride. These extensions just bolt between the floorboards and the floorboard brackets. I didn't have to worry with the brake line or anything. Bottom line is MoCo should have extended them at least that far from the factory. One last thing though, if you get a little wild in some tight turns they do scrape but I scraped them before I put the extensions on anyway.

I got the Ness 3" extensions. They come with a brake line in the kit, it was a pretty easy install. They also move the floorboards out about 3/4", the thickness of the plates. It made a huge difference in the comfort, I love them. I considered the cyclevisions kit also, but I'm 6'4" and wanted all the room I could get.
