Default Installing handlebars

I am going from the stock 12" to 14" chubby outlawz on my fxstc. Is there excess turn signal wire stuffed under the tank or is what we see what we get? Wondering if i need to order something to extend the wiring harness or not. All my other cables are long enough.

2 inches, you may have enough slack to get it. Might be tight on the throttle cables and/or brake line, but hard to tell until everything is set up.

Someone had installed SS cables at some point on my bike that are longer than they should be for the stock bars....they also installed a one piece clamp. I have a feeling this bike had longer bars on it before i got ahold of it. No telling though, i am the 2nd owner and bought it from a dealer so i know all the cables will reach just not sure about the wiring that goes to the signals, starter button ect. Its currently not routed in the bars, and if there is no slack under the tank or somewhere hidden then yes i will have to extend them. So i guess my question is, is there usually for a stock FXSTC a few inches of play hidden when it comes to those two cables that i want to run through the bars? If there is usually enough i will take the tank off and pull it out and install the bars myself. If i have to cut into the harness and splice wires together i will just leave it alone and let a mechanic i know do it. I've never done that part before, and although i think cant be that hard...i would rather leave it up to someone so i dont have electrical issues later in case i do it wrong. Theres an indy shop here i know thats quoted me $250 to install the bars, that includes everything since i dont have to swap out any cables. Yeah i know, take the tank off and look....well thats why im asking id rather not take the tank off if i dont have to. Thanks for any replies.

I wouldn't take the tank off. I'd just move it back, and see if there's 2 inches of slack.

Pull the seat, remove the rear tank bolt, remove the front tank bolt, disconnect the quick release fuel line into the tank adapter, softly lift the front of the tank and slide back.
Bars have more dimensions than just the height, you also need to consider the width. Good luck with your project.

My turn signals are already relocated to the forks, thanks though.
