Default "Child's" seat?

Hi Everyone.
Hoping someone might have some suggestions for me here....
We would like to find a backrest with armrests for my '07 Fatty's passenger seat. This is for our 8-year old little girl - all 43 pounds of her - so it would serve as kindof a child's seat. Just a little something to assure her safely/stabilityback there, since her feet just barelyreach the footpegs. (We've tried relocation the passenger pegs, but none come with mounting bracketsthat fit the '07's. But regardless of the footpeg situation, we'd feel better with some short armrestsaround her.)
We're thinking that we're just going to have to have some made... you know, weld some supports to the backrest, have them padded & hope it doesn't look too crappy.
Any suggestions on either of these options?
Thanks!
~Lisa~

A friend of mineinstalled aluggage rack with a small quick disconnect trunk on his bike for his daughter. It featured fold up arm rest that would actually go 180 and rest along side the trunk when not in use. Looked ok when riding 2 up.

Lisa,

I installed theunderseat footpegs to move the pegs closer formy kids. I have an 8 year old and have taken her on several rides. Here is a link.

Check here. It does not have backrests but does secure the child a bit. We saw this at the Miracle Ride a few years ago. They used to carry them at Southside Harley.

I dont know if you have these in the US, but here in Sweden we have this type ( Hope pic works) They have a back support and arm support, it is fastned to the bike frame or back seat, Good for children up to 12 years though not cheap about 300 US but then Sweden is expensive ,Good luck,

Do you have floorboards for the passenger? If so you could try the adjustable floorboard kit. It is pricey but allows my to have the wife and 8yo son to each ride comfortably.
