If I was able to put it on my FLS, I know there is a way to make it work with the Heritage. Had to meter out some of the wires to find the correct voltages I needed. Then bought some connectors and wires and did my thing.
I don't think it will fit because it's a different cut out in the fender.
I second this.
Not only is the cutout for the light different on the Heritage. Also, I am guessing that if you only switch the tail light you may have to switch the turn signals also since the turn signal mounts are designed to fit with tail light. Then you may be faced with having to swap your turn signals all the way around unless you are okay with having bullet style ones on the back and pan cake style sigs on the front.
Ya i definitely want to change the turn sigs...thats what bothers me most
I hear ya. Front turn signals are easy enough to swap out. The rear is a different story. I am trying to think what might be easiest for you that doesn't involve swapping out your rear fender entirely...

I used rear turn signals from a 2013 Streetglide on mine. You have to cut the little connector off the lolipop signals and re solder it to the Streetglide ones but it's pretty easy. It bolted right on. I'll go out and take a pic and post it up.
When you do this the bags hit so you have to use cyclevissions barebacks or something similar to push the bags out a bit.
