I've got these lights that cap off the end of your fender struts, made by Alloy Art. I think they look awesome, plus they are pretty bright (I've read somewhere here that ppl were saying they were not very bright, but I disagree). They are a little pricey, though, and you would also have to buy an LED Turn Signal Intensifier Converter kit to work as run-brake-turn lights (I got the Badlands brand).

There might be a problem depending on how far back towards the end of your bike the bags go; you wouldn't want the bags to cover up the lights. The lights do add approximately an inch and a half of length to the struts.

I've had my eye on those for a while. They look great. How hard was the install?

It was pretty easy, some soldering and you have to take off the struts, but if you're halfway handy you should be fine.

We installed glass lensed brake/turn signals with short chrome stalks, and a '32 Ford tail light. I had to fab up a bracket for the turn signal stalks but it bolts to the fender liner that is supplied with the relocation kit where the license plate light used to be. I also fabbed up a bracket for the '32 Ford tail light using, of all things, a small block Chevy fuel pump backing plate and used a stock '32 Ford tail light wiring cover to keep things clean and hide the wires.

Also, Harley was kind enough to prewire the Slims with a center fender brake/running light circuit. There just wasn't a wire running out the other side of the tail light connector. So, I added one using the left over wire connectors that I had from the relocation kit and, Bob's your uncle, center brake and run light. The brake lights still function like stock, but she now has the added visibility of a center brake/running light. Plus, the running light acts as a license plate light. 'Turned out decent.

Would you be interested in making another one? I'm willing to pay. I love your setup, it's more along the lines that I want for my Slim.
