Those V&h BS in your sig aren't any better than slipons. They might even be worse.

Slip ons.
I bought a 17 Heritage a month ago as well. Exhaust sound is meh. Does American heritage leave the cats in the slip ons when they re-work them, or just to-do the baffles?
last night I noticed warming it up to go home,(I get off work at 2:30 a.m.) both header pipes glow red.
I know it's normal EPA lean fuel mixture, but that don't mean I have to like it.
My question is, would just pulling the cats out help this "meh" sound and cool down those cherry red headers without a tuner?

I added the V&H Slash Slip-ons on my 2016 Heritage a year ago this week.
They are noticeably louder than the Screaming Eagles I had on my 2006.
With the FP3, I have been very happy with them.
