If you go to there Dyna Models Section and use the "Search this forum" option for "stripped torx" you'll find several options...

I had the same problem recently trying to remove extended forward control from a bike I just bought. I wanted to put them back to normal position. When trying to do it, I stripped 2 of the bolts. Took it to my mechanic, he just hammered in the next biggest size & it immediately came out. Atleast he did it for free.

New Screw

I hate Torx screws, but haven't found a good alternative till now. Check out Outlaw Fasteners. They claim to not strip, slip or wobble off the bit. Looks like it would really work. Here's the link: http://*******/outlawscrews
