Was poking around on facebook last night and I came across this article.
leak says that HD is going to be putting the M8 in softails and dynas this year. it also says theyre expanding the S models to include the Breakout and Heritage !!!! they will also have some 115th anniversary models !
man I know for sure if this leak is correct and not fake news I will be at a dealership unloading my 14 heritage for a heritage S !!!!
Gave a lot of thought to the possibility of a new Heritage S if offered. I decided I wasn't going to spend the money required to get on a new one.
In a year or so, if I'm still alive, riding and interested I can shop a low mileage used one.

I'm staying away until I see liquid cooling on a softail.
It's old news i think i already posted we are getting m8 for dyna and softail ... my dealer leaked it to us a few months ago trying to stop us from buying 103 breakout.
We went with twin cam because the m8 had a lot of issues and they dont sound like Harleys - Sadly i got a 110ci breakout i dont think i need m8 anymore ... and this will probably be my last harley anyway.
I've got an '08 FLSTC with 58000 miles on it and, its been reliable. From what I've read about the M8, there are a LOT of problems with the oil pump and can plate. Plus, I read about one guy that had crank run out of .0055. I don't have the money for a new bike and, even if I did, I wouldn't be buying a bike with the M8 motor.
