I have no choice my bike is only worth 50% less the new bike price and it's only 6 months old
You could be surprised, maybe not in a trade in but on private sell. I am sure lots of people who don't like the new small tank but want a breakout will be looking for used pre-18 breakouts

Nothing wrong with that. After I finish this FB, it'll go to the back of the garage with the rest and I'll get something else.
Just haven't had the time or budget to finish it. This whole bronze collection HD released has seriously upset my plans for it. They match the badge so nicely I have to run with it.
The new one sits also 1.5 to 2 inches taller ... looks crap to me ... look at the FAT BOB for instance the rear fender is so high above the tire it looks horrible. I am interested in the 114 Breakout though
According to the specs the 2018 Breakout is about the same height, it has less than 1/4" more clearance, 4.5" vs. 4.3" and the seat height only 4 tenths of an inch higher at 26.2" vs. 25.8".
and it's only 6 months old
