I'm currently in the south of France and they have a bunch of 18s in the local dealer. I have to say I wasn't struck by the photos of the Fat Bob or the Fat Boy. But in the flesh they look awesome. If I can get cruise on a Fat Boy it's a serious contender to replace the Street Glide. Especially in the metallic white colour.

Haven't seen one in metallic white yet. But I can report that the Fat Boy '18 in metallic black looks wonderful.
I think that the 2018 models are great, especially if you want the extra horsepower - right off of the show room floor.
They have most all of the 2018 models at the dealers here. We looked them over. Took a couple test rides.
Then we bought a 2017 Heritage Softail with the 103.
Smart move. HD ruined the 2018 Heritage. I could understand if they had a blacked out model, but what they came up with
should not be called a Heritage. Bags also very ugly.
The only 2018 softail that I would consider is the low rider, but I would wait until they come out with a paint design
that does not look like something from Japan.
