Default Tail light issues

Hello everybody, my name is Jay I'm new here in this group, but I can really use everybody's help on a small issue I'm having, I have a 2017 FLSTFBS and for some reason the tail light and brake light is not working, but the turn signals work, I checked the bulb and the bulb is good, the problem I am having is that I can't find the fuse box, it's not under the seat... can anybody help me out here and help me locate the fuse box?
Thank you
-Jay-

Clutch side under the removable cover between the engine and rear tire.

Did they not give you a handy little book when you got your new ride?

No sir, and I can't find anybody that knows where this fuse box would be located, I even called the dealer and the tech had no clue either
