If it's using more than "normal" bring to the dealers attention at the time of service. Please note the use of quotations for the word "normal" because as we all know that's the standard answer from the dealer for anything your bike shouldn't be doing.
Burning a some oil during break in isn't surprising to me...especially since HD fills them with synthetic from the start. Being a quart low after 600 miles seems very odd to me.

If its not leaking or smoking noticeably, I'd just service it and continue riding...keep an eye on it though.

Default Rode her till hot

So I rode the FB till oil temps above 250 degrees. (Through my sensor data from my FP3). Parked on curbside while idling. Shut off the engine and checked the oil and found it to be only 1/4 of qt below the full line. Per the dealer, this is normal during break in period. I’ll keep riding her till 1000 miles and get her serviced. Thanks for the input everyone.

i have about 4200 on my 2018 114 Fatbob and also replace about a quart after the first 1k miles. No oil thru the breather. Am in the tropics (Singapore), hotter weather, all my other harleys in the past would burn some as well, with no leaks on the bikes.
