Hello everyone! I just bought what may well be my last bike- I'm 68. I've had other bikes, the last was a 2008 Sportster XL1200C, but I sold it about 3 years ago. I got the itch for another bike so after research I went shopping. I ended up buying a 2014 Heritage Classic with only 1680 miles on it. I think it's a beauty, with everything I want on it. I'm going to take it out today as soon as it warms up outside and put a few miles on it and get used to it. Especially the heel and toe shifter, if it proves to be an issue I'll remove it. I'm glad to be back among the Harley Riders.

Congrats. However, unless you know something we don't, I would think you might want to consider another bike, say within, maybe 3 or 10 years. I'm 75 and just purchased a brand new Heritage after not riding since the '70's.
Enjoy your new ride.

You'll love the heel toe shifter once you get used to it. I just started using one a few years ago when I got my Ultra (RIP). Added it to my 18 Heritage, loving it.
