The Bike Exchange always has custom one offs they build but want top money for them. I would like a bike thats is a one off and may be willing to pay but since I'm new to these I feel you guys have a better handle on
what a premium bike brings. Constructive criticism is welcome if it keeps me from going way overboard. Thanks in advance.
One of twenty produced. It is a great looking bike but you are paying a lot for what you are getting. You can get a standard Breakout used for half that price.
The only things that look custom to me are the paint job and the seat, why that makes it 1 of 20 I have no idea or why it was $5500 for that paint job.
Worth it as far as I'm concerned, very nice wheels and the orange accents are tied in nice with the rest of the bike. I have about 11k invested in a 2017 Breakout with about 4500 miles on it, I have no intention of selling it, I love this bike. But if for some reason I couldn't ride tomorrow, I would park it in the living room as art before I let it go for at least that kind of money. The new Softails are impressive, but if you throw a air ride and some front springs in that bike, you're bike is more impressive.

first i want to say that's the nicest Breakout i've seen , i think they did a really good job on it . the question is , is it worth almost $27k ?
no CVO Breakout this year so it's hard to compare , the most expensive is the 114 ci with the 115 anniversary Legend Blue paint . pretty good looking . MSRP is $21,199 . so do you really want to pay almost $6k more for a used , smaller older tech engine , with 4 months left on the warranty ... just for a custom paint job and wheels ?
you could buy a new 114 breakout in Vivid Black for $20,299 MSRP and spend the rest on paint and accessories and have a 1 of 1 motorcycle .
