I cut down to one bike by trading in my 18 Deluxe and Fatbob for an 18 Fatboy + $ back. I saw this white one with the 114 and that was it. I had them through on the Saddlebags and windshield. I put on the chrome muffler shields I had laying around. I also added a shifter rod, shifter peg, and crash bar off my old Deluxe. I took off the rear pegs because the wife does not ride anymore.

That is an awesome looking bike! It’s the exact one (color) I test rode when I bought my Fat Bob. I like how you referred to your ‘18 Deluxe as your old Deluxe.
What led you to move from the Deluxe and Fat Bob instead of just adding it to the lineup? That 240 rear tire is a real attraction.

I wanted to cut down to one bike because of the cost, maintenance, insurance, registration, cleaning. This is simpler and it is paid off.
I could not think of anything besides a Fatboy that I wanted to trade my Deluxe for. That was a great bike. They wanted the Deluxe and that got be a better deal than just the Fatbob. I guess they are not available but in demand.
I look forward to riding weather now.

For sure on cost, the riding position is quite a bit more relaxed/comfortable on the Fat Boy as well. It was a hard decision for me not to pick that one.
