Thought I'd give an update...returned emulsion tube, needle, spring and all jets back to HD parts. The slide was drilled WAY big. I peened the hole smaller and then drilled to stock size. Ended up using advice here and going to 46/180 jets. Was popping and hunting at steady throttle at speed, so went up to 190 on main jet. BINGO! Mid 40s gas mileage, excellent throttle response, fast warmup and the butt dyno says the bike hasn't run this well in years. And I don't smell like a gas station idling at a light. Thanks for all the advice and help!

Glad to hear you got it straightened out. The Dynojet parts have caused lots of problems.
