Default Badlander or Tallboy two up seat

I'm torn between the Badlander and the Tallboy two up seat. Anyone have either seat? Are they comfortable? Do they move you back in the seat a little? They claim the Badlander moves you back, and the Tallboy moves you up and back.

18 Street Bob. It was a general question about the seats. one is lower than the other for all models and the other one is for a taller person

I recently bought an ‘09 fat boy which came with a Badlander seat mounted. It is definitely lower than a stock seat and i personally do not like it. There is very little padding between me and the frame of the bike which i suppose is the cost of having a low profile look. Maybe this seat has had a lot of use, I really don’t know because the bike in general was very well taken care of, but I would be very slow to advise anyone to purchase a Badlander. I am currently looking for a more comfortable replacement that raises me up a little also.
I hope this is of some help to you.

I demo'd a tall boy on my 18 FB. It moved you back about 2 to 3 inches and up a bit. I found the tall boy way more comfortable than the stocker..

That's definitely the way i want to go. Need a comfortable seat. When i do the forward controls I should be in the riding position i'm used to.

On the FB, I found the riders box cramped, the Tall boy opened it up. The only reason I did not buy the seat was the fitment was way off at the tank and it looked like crap. I got the new Saddlemen and couldnt be happier.. The Explorer seat has extremely good back support and was more comfy than the HD unit.Let us know how you make out..
