Yahoo!!!!!! I got my first Harley (NT)
Well, I got my first Harley, the 05 Night Train I was asking about in my other thread. Took the advice of get the one that "speaks to you", and it did. No, it yelled at me

Here's what it is:
05 Night Train. Black pearl in color. It has the complete HD "Skull" package, too include a quick detachable sissy bar with the skull on back. Drag bars with risers, steel braided lines, Vance and Hines Short shot pipes, STAGE ONE engine mods and a different seat. At this time I don't know what kind, but it looks like a Badlander with "Harley Davidson" stiched on it. It sets lower than the new NT it sat on to compare (which for me is a good thing). So whoever had this bike before, must have been about my size (5'7") because as soon as I set on it, I knew it was mine.
There was no reservation and I definately have the "warm and fuzzy", that I made the right decision. Beautiful place to start.
I just want to thank everyone for thier input, and making me feel welcome here.
I will get some pictures as soon as I can.

All right, glad you found YOUR bike.
But your not completely off the hook till we get to see some pics of the beauty.

Logic pointed me towards other HD's,but I kept going back to the dealer haunted by my love for the Nightrain....
I still go out to the garage and stand there looking at it.

I promise to get some picture posted. I had to work a "special deal" with the as to just retiring from the ARMY, I wanted to get another paycheck under my belt so I cou;d put a bigger down payment down. So I will be able to get it next weekend. This is going to be a LONG week!

. Very cool people. If your in the area, stop by and see the people at Central Texas HD in Austin. Excellent people there. I had a very good "feeling" as soon as I walked in there. And they gave me a really good deal on it. Even better than originally quoted.
