Too tight, there is no slack to put a clamp on, I can't even get my finger in between it and the engine guard.
Your cables look totally different and yours are routed differently.
Why the hell did they design it this way?
My cables look different because they are braided stainless steel cables. If your cable is so tight you can't move it enough to get your fingers behind it, it is probably too short.
Either reroute the cable so it doesn't get "pinched" or get a longer cable. There aren't many options.
Mine is the same, but I believe the correct way to mount the guard it to thread it behind the cable. Mine isnt unreasonably tight, so I havent bothered to change it.
