2012 Street Glide just installed custom dynamic turn signals front and rear (led) now when i put turn signal on the red key light comes on?

 

What is a red key light?

Street Glide is a touring bike, not a Softail by the way.

As for your problem, you might need to install a load equalizer after putting on LEDs.

 

Didn"t realize i did that,my bad!

 

When I put the signal flasher for LEDs, (the one that modulates the brake light to flash rapidly for added visibility) it said right in the instructions that it may trigger the security light (red key), and that it is normal. I reckon they couldn't program it out, so they just called it normal. Since the stock signal switch is within the security control box, I reckon there's no way around it.

Been going like that a couple years now. No other issues
