It's a good looking bike with low miles, but it would be priced a little high in my area. That may be different where you live. Like Zrdstr3 said, you'll need to replace the tires if they're original. Consider the cost of that too.

Found my bike
The dealer would not go down on the price so I ended up passing on it. I ended up finding a 2010 heritage for $7500 that I test rode and made the deal with the owner who happens to be my father in law. Will post pictures once the deal is done. Thanks for all the help guys.
