If you want non oem... I didn't buy a 2018 Street Bob but, my 2016 I did the kit from greatbikegear.com. Worked out great. There was a mistake on a chrome/black license plate cover which the fixed at my request. I did have to remove and reconnect the pins in the tail light connectors which wasn't all that bad. There's how to primers in youtub for that.

unfortunately, Viking Bags kits are n/a to 18+ street bobs. They won’t relocate the plate. So you need to get a completely separate kit for both the turn signals in the plate. Part # 67800830 (harley)
