Default 4" risers on a Heritage

I'm wanting to raise my bars some. My question is can I put on 4" risers on a 07 heritagewithout changing the wires or cables?

My buddy did on his '05, wires were streched to the limit, but they worked. Had to re-bend the brake line. He just pulled his risers and bars and put apes on it that DID require extensions. Let me know if you are interested in his pullback 4" risers.
