Remember, Cooler air has more o2 in it so it will need more fuel to run well, hot air less fuel. If in cool air with no adjustment to fuel, you will run LEAN, not rich.

ok well was out at Friday the 13th in Port Dover Canada. put on 1000 miles in 3 days ..

Definitely quieted it down. I would say half way between Just the TM Baffles and Stock V&H Baffles but the sound is 100000% better, even at 70 mph highway speeds.

improved the fuel mapping back to where it was with the stock V&H baffles.

I cut the stock baffels in half then cut them down to 5 1/4" and screwed then back in to their original location up against the TM baffel installed at 6".

I would start at 6", insert and measure and trim until they fit where you can rescrew them in. no rattle or anything. Very pleased with the results. slightly louder and deaper. its not as deep as just the TM baffles so a trade off but still better sounding then the stock baffels alone.

Thanks for the info. How was the performance in comparison to just the BCT's?

I would say to get the performance out of just the TM baffels you would need to remap. I didnt notice any seat of the pants improvements with just the TM baffels. actually felt slightly less.

with half the stock and the TM baffels it was back to my normal performance with just the stock baffels.

For me the big thing was the sound quality. I would say TM only is the best at say 100% then 75% w/ the combo and 50% with the stock baffles in (sound quality and volume).

I may cut the stock baffles down a little bit more in the future but its fine for now.
