aside from bad craftsmanship (blame it all on the previous owner!), can anyone help me what I see on below pictures. I found this wire and plug just between the oil filter and the front header pipe on the right side of the bike. Cannot really reach it behind the header and trace it anywhere useful...
Thanks a lot! Engine oil light is only on before actually starting the engine, all runs well afterwards. Still something to check up on, as this looks really silly...
I agree, used bikes can be tricky, but sometimes they just come at a discount that is unbeatable...
Also, I checked the manual, the yellow/green wire didn't really get me anywhere, in my case it is also the one that is crappily attached to the 90° connector. When I have the time, I'll take the stuff apart and follow up on all the wiring.
