Lookin good OP....
These are the same people that complain when you chop up an older bike. Can't please everyone, just be happy with your own decisions. I'm still excited to see more on this build.

More progress. tabs on the sissy bar and swingarm are welded and bolts applied. Gonna wire brush a few parts tomorrow and should be ready for powder coat and paint. I'll be glad to finally get this breakout back together and get it off my lift.

Just dropped it off for paint and powder yesterday. Going on a cruise for a week so hoping to get it back then. Sticking with the stock Superior blue and they're gonna try to match the stock paint stripes.

I think you need to cut a good 5” off the tip of the front fender to get that true bobber look .

Why no people? Not sure how sturdy the Rocker front end of that fender mount setup is, but your bar mount looks plenty sturdy. Besides, the passenger will just move with the fender, LOL!
