Cam

Hello, Im caught in between 2 cams for my 99 softail custom. The EV13 or EV27. Im pretty sure if I choose the 13 I can leave everything stock except for the bearing. I would also change to a steel breather valve. Not sure what I would also have to upgrade to get an EV27. All thoughts and help would be greatly appreciated
