It does say rotor or pulley. The one you linked had a raised section?

The raised section is for locating (centering) the rotor on the spacer as the spacer on the hub. Not entirely necessary, but helpful.

Might check with these guys and see . They don't list thickness. I have a couple that are chromed but they are thicker 3/8" and 1" . I just got home from hospital, but I'll dig through my shop in a day or two and see if I have something closer when I'm mobile again😁
