I know nothing about your vehicle laws out there,but here in Illinois that frame,without a title or an MSO,is worth nothing but scrap value.[probably 1dollar.] The rest of the collection could easily be worth $300 though.

Here in OR I'd be able to register it for personal use once it was built up and inspected.
I was going to chance it and pick it up last night, but he never responded to any of my messages so I think I'll have to abandon this and keep an eye out for another frame to tinker with in the cold winter garage.
