Bike won't start
Bike is at the dealer. So far they know the ecm is not communicating. U0100 code. Plan is to hook up a new ecm and see if it turns over. Under warranty so should not be too much. Still appreciate the insight guys!
put the charger on 10 amps, if you get clicking, and didn't before, battery is bad. Hopefully just a bad battery.
jump start with revving motor should get a click or more, but might not hear it. Jump pack would better.
I am guessing bad battery.

Not following up with posting a resolution to an issue that you're asked for help with is bad forum etiquette.
Sounds like you might have just had a dead battery but when you tried to jump start it using your Subaru the ECM and ABS module got fried.
My bet is perhaps the ABS module was unrelated but who really knows when it comes to electronics.
You did state that when you connected the bike to the Subaru the Subaru horn was sounding and there were sparks off the battery.
As you noted neither is a good sign,
I don't think you stated whether or not the Subaru engine was running when you connected to the bike but I would think that would probably be the case.
Connecting a 12v vehicle battery to a bike's 12v system shouldn't hurt anything however if the vehicle is running the bike's electronic system just can't handle that.
Anyway, I highly recommend that all riders invest in a micro jump starter.
There are quite a few that are under $50 and most can be used for other things such as jumping other vehicles and charging things like cell phones and laptops.
I have an Antigravities XP-10 with a hard wired connection to my bike.
The XP-10 stays in my saddle bag and if/when needed I simple connect it to the dedicated pigtail and jump start the bike.
Note though don't jump start a bike using the battery tender connection.
That wire can't handle the amp draw and will fry (trust me I know this first hand
Anyway again that's to the OP for posting the fix.
Ride safe all.
