folks i know we all have a favourite tuner etc etc - im a Vance and Hines FP3 fan , but why im writing is to compliment the support of the VH team , always top level and a great help , Cheyne always goes above and beyond. greta service folks

What is V&H normal response time? I sent them a message over the weekend requesting a tune for my 03 Heritage using their Fuelpak, and have not herd from them yet.

Sent a map request on Sat , and received it first thing Monday morning . Did you send them the email through the FP3 app ?

My scooter is an 03 Heritage and the FP3 will not work with it, so I have the Fuelpak LED, I went thru their website and was filling out the info to get a map for my Heritage and it told me I would have to speak with a Technician, so I filled out the next form and sent it in. At this point I have not heard from them, so I was just curious as to the how long of a wait I am in for...

Funny , usually if I send something , I get a response the same day or the next morning . I would just call them and talk to tech personally and get this wrapped up so you can get your bike running right . Bryan is a member here , but I haven't seen him here for awhile .

I got thru to Vance & Hines using their online chat option, and Mark M. promptly emailed me the Map, so now I'll be putting it in tomorrow...

I put the tune today, that V&H gave me and though it did help some, it was not a 100% cure, so I guess I'll have to dig a little deeper...
