No apes. They (sometimes) look cool when parked, but I have yet to see someone riding with apes that didn't look like a total douche nozzle. I never understood the attraction to them, and never will. Watch this YouTube vid and see how stupid these guys look, and then realize that's exactly how stupid you're gonna look to the rest of the world when you have them on your bike. Don't do it.
Literally every bike in that video has apes. You're clearly the one who's clueless.
You changed videos.
Doesn't matter. It wasn't the video (with the crazy raked out bikes) that makes you clueless. It's your lack of experience with them, know-nothing opinion about them, and snide comment about people who ride with them. Plus you seem overly concerned with what others would think of you if you had them.

I originally posted the wrong link, so I edited my post and left "wrong link" while I tried to find the correct one. See, I have a a bunch of similar videos of stupid looking bikes on a YouTube playlist that I watch on gloomy days when I can't ride so I can have a good laugh at all the morons that make their bikes look like total garbage. When I found the correct link I came back and corrected my post. Follow the link you quoted IN YOUR OWN POST YOU CLUELESS SCHMOE. The link in your post, of my post, does in fact point to the apes vid. So you had the correct link when you posted, so how could you not have known it was the correct video? Because you're clueless, lol.
And I'm not "overly concerned" about what people would think if I had those stupid, ridiculous looking bars on my bike that you love so much - I'm just "regularly concerned." And congratulations to you for being the only person in the world who doesn't care what he looks like or others think of him.

cmon only real ********* would ride with those height of bars, Ive got 10 chubby apes with 1 risers and theyre very comfortable.
I’ve had the stock style buckhorn bars on my Sportster , didn’t like them at all, they weren’t wide enough and unless they were pulled back to even with the forks they’d put your wrists at a weird angle. I’ve had apes on every bike I’ve owned 10” 12” 16” I love the look of them, highway riding was bit challenging having to alternate your hands up and down to let the blood flow. Then one day I decided to take them off and put drag bars on and let me tell you the difference in the way you handle that bike is night and day. That’s what I still have on my Sportster and on my FXSTC I have Burly brand tee bars. Love the sporty feel to them.
16" Wild One Chubby apes on Reaper. I never feel like my hands are slipping off the grips. In fact, I find that I barely have to apply grip pressure to control her comfortably. Very comfy overall.
Cheers!
That's the same set up that I have on my 05 Springer, 16" chubbies and it works and feels great for me too. Here's a side view of my bike with 16's
