Default Warped front rotor replacement...

Just found that my 2012 FLSTC has a slightly warped front rotor. I'm looking at replacing it with a floating rotor.
Are there any recommendations out there?
TIA! -michael

I put floaters on my touring bike. Only 10 dollars more for the floater. They make a little whine but nothing obnoxious. My Softail has a rotor that is ready to replace and i will go with a floater when its time

I have a Lyndall Lug Drive rotor (Gemini carrier design) on the front of Reaper. I like it very much and would recommend them to anyone looking for a floater.

Cheers!

If you are not totally committed to getting new rotors it is relatively easy to bend the warped ones back flat.

Thanks everyone! I'm looking at going with RUSSELL ROTOR FLOATING RR and EBC Double-H Sintered Metal Pads from Direct Cycle Parts.
Will update after installation & test ride(s).

About one week ago I was removing the rear wheel on my 2012 Heritage to have the tire replaced. As I was doing so I noticed the rotor had a slight warp that put the rotor's lateral runout out of spec. I replaced the rotor with a floating rotor. I was putting an order in with Parts Giant so I just chose one they had that I liked. It is a HardDrive Luck chrome floating rotor that matches the styling of my chrome pulley on the opposite side of the wheel. While I was at it I also replaced the brake pads with Lyndall Gold +.

Thanks, Doc! I still haven't ordered yet as I'm trying to insure that is what is giving me a 'strange' feel when I slow done, especially in a mild turn...
