Default Round Air cleaner

Does Harley make a round air filter which would fit a 2016 Softail Slim/? If not.does anyone know of an aftermarket company that does have such a set up?

Thanks.

There are probably hundreds that are available...

Go to almost any parts vendor (including the HD parts website), enter your bike info, and see what's out there....

I've always liked the "Nostalgic Bar & Shield" cover that 470004 listed a link to in his post above.... I had that one on a couple of my bikes over the years...

I agree with this too, when I ordered mine I ordered 2 because for some reason Harley has been discontinuing some of the Nostalgic collection. Makes me wish I had ordered a complete second collection of the Nostalgic Series. You can't get the rider board inserts anymore, and who ever has them wants big money.

Arlen Ness has several offerings for round AC's.

DK Customs will have options as well. They’re a forum sponsor.

I put this one on my 2008 TC96. It was a Harley part. Not sure if they still make it but they probably do. Needed a backing plate too. The filter requires a stick-on rubber spacer for the cover to clear the breather *****. Been on my bike for years.
It was called the Nostalgic bar and shield breather cover if I recall. It said it fit an Evo or a TC Screaming Eagle breather..
I much prefer the old round breather too.

Apparently, Harley-Davidson has decreed that "retro" or "vintage" style is no longer "in" judging by their current motorcycle lineup.

Yup, some of the new bikes look like crap too.

Oh! So it isn't just me? That's a relief. I'm going to hang on to my 08 like grim death. And if it goes over a cliff next week, I will buy a 25 year old Evo for my next one.
I understand the MoCo trying to draw in new blood, but alienating the old customer base isn't a good idea either.

Default Here's one for ya

I picked up this 8' round off fleabay for $30
had to cut it a little to make it fit around the breather bolt bosses in the SE backing plate. BTW far as I can find this air is off a sportster It has an OEM HD part # inside the cover
