2009 Fatboy, for the 2nd time the post(?) that holds the left rear turn signal has broke right at the inside nut. It's the chrome post that screws onto the signal assembly and is held on by a nut on the inside of the strut. I will have to buy another HD part that does not last. No idea why it snapped, twice.
I'm looking on the moco website and see a rear turn signal narrow mount kit. Comes with 2 new mounts and 4 screws/bolts. The pictures are lacking what I need to see, are these total replacements for the mount/post, or will I need the posts again? The posts are hollow, the wires run through them. Pulling the wires through is a SOB!

Yes, it is the relocation kit. I used to run with pad/backrest until my arty-right-us got bad enough is scared me to have a passenger. That's why my new trike will be in any day... I hope. Thank-you, my son will appreciate it, I'm giving him my bike after I receive my new one. I'll pm my addy to you, I'll be happy to pay something or atleast for the ride.
