Rear brake locks up?

Default Rear brake locks up?
Just had new rear tire put on and now rear brake is locking up?? Tried bleeding break, pads are ok?? Any ideas want to ride this weekend!!

Check that they did not twist the brake line accidentally. Easy mistake to make.

Spacer installed correctly? Jack up rear end and see wheel binds on brake.

I know im late to this thread....check to see if the rotor is slightly warped...most wont remove the rotor to change tire...easily bent.
