Same amount, you can tell by the distance from the rim to the strut.
But it'll go lower, still have rebound, but it'll scrape the splash guard.

I also wouldn’t recommend lowering it. I lowered my Heritage an inch and it rode like a tank and the handling was horrible. I raised it back to stock height soon after lowering it. That was an expensive experiment.

I lowered my Deluxe 2" in the rear and put an 18" in the rear and a 21" in front. No handling problems at all on my bike. From what I understand the OEM fender will fit no problem but I changed my front fender to a wrapped one and lowered it so I didn't have the dirt bike look.

Very nice bike.

How much did you lower the front with the 21?

That is correct. Stock height with a 21" wheel.

That's nice.....
I take it, it's a Softail Custom...
I converted mine a little too a Custom front end with a Wide Glide fender.. I believe the Customs are 2" over the Heritage and Fatboy..
Looks great though and think the Sinister blue is one of the best colors they ever came out with.. Again nice job..

Burly lowering kit

I believe it is adjustable. I'm a big guy and I dont want to rub my tires. Trying to figure out how much I should drop it front and rear?

And also I think I need fender risers for a 21 up front, right?

Thanks guys
Not sure that the rear lowering kit will suffice with stock shocks if you're a big guy.. Guaranteed to rub the tire.. You would be better off with getting the proper shock to lower but still support your weight.. By going to a 21 in the front you will pick up a minimum of 1" in ride height so lowering 2" will put it to 1" under stock height to the top of the triple trees... I found a wide glide fender on flea Bay to replace the Fatboy fender.. The paint was a very close match, you have to look closely to see the difference.. I got lucky ..

The Progressive 422s with or without RAP will do just that. They allow you to drop the rear up to 2" while still maintaining ride quality.
