Heritage seats and bags on a Deluxe
I have an 05 Deluxe that I am trying to put an 06 passenger pillion, a solo seat off of an 01 flstc, and bags off of an 05 heritage. I wouldn't have thought so, but the brackets from seat to seat are not the same. Anyone made this swap? What parts do I need to fit this up?

Why would you not want the Deluxe seat? It's one of the best looking seats Harley has ever put out, in my opinion. If you were going for more comfort, I would understand..but I believe comfort would probably be about the same on both seats.

I actually looked at several Heritages, but really liked the nostalgic look with the whitewalls. I know I could've put whitewalls on a heritage, but this one already had em. I like the paint scheme on it too. The bike was also a great deal with loads shloads of extra chrome, low miles, and just plain got a good deal on it. The seats are great! I don't care for the Deluxe bags. To me they're not as nostalgic as the heritage bags and just decided to make the seats match the bags. Needed the wider pillion too.Sounds simple huh. I would've thought so. Hugh out

Anyone have part numbers, discriptions, directions, or ideas on how to make this work? I thought it would be as simple as swapping brackets, but I was mistaken. I need advice.
