found this video on YouTube. At 1:43 they put the frame over the complete M8 engine including transmission and primary. Has anyone ever done this on a twin cam 96? I want to paint my frame and that would save a lot of work.
Like the guys in the video. We put it on the right side (cam shaft), without swingarm, fork, oil tank and wiring harness. Further, we put it on a wooden board and put other woods under transmission and cylinders. After loosening the screws, you could easily pull off the frame with a little twist. Is very light weight, but still better if you do it with a friend. It was a 2009 Softail, dont know if you can do it with other models.
