Tank vent hose check valve?

I did a little research today while working on my bike. The OP'r, that is not the check valve in your picture you are pointing at. That is only a reducer for the vent line. The actual check valve / ROV is down behind the oil tank and swingarm. Yeah, I taste fuel now, that is how I did the research. Time for a beer chaser.

The carb issues wasn't due to starvation. it was to much fuel dropped down all the jets and accelerator pump nozzle and works great now! 👍
