M8 Softail cruiser bikes are a perfect fit for me and my mainly in-town use of a bike. One reason is that I prefer a short windshield over a faring. (All of the gadgets on a faring distracts from my concentration on situational awareness.) But, I need a place to put mandatory documents and a few other things e.g.,an extra clip. The windshield bag and good handlebar mounts for my iPhone and Beeline Moto navigation device solve my limited communication, storage and navigation assistance needs in minimum space.
