Footpeg feelers
Congratulations on your new to you 2019 Breakout. Are you new to Harleys?
It's perfectly fine if you want feelers on the pegs. Some riders like them and some don't. To each his own. Which is your situation?
1. There a threaded hole on the ends of the pegs already there to accommodate feelers but they just aren't there?
2. The pegs do have feelers but they have been ground down to nubs?
3. The existing pegs don't have feelers and you are looking for completely new pegs that do have feelers?
For the first two you just need new feelers. For the last one, you need new pegs. We can help you locate what you need but we need to know what you need.
Harley makes over a dozen different rider footpegs with feelers, aka wear pegs. I linked each one below. I do not know the availability of these parts. You can purchase them online through Harley's website or from your local dealer. If you order them online, shipping to your local dealer is free. Your dealer would call you when they arrive.
Ride safe.

I still have the boots, but the Softail lets me know when I'm close, and to be truthful, I don't go as fast as I usta. Every now and then I hear this grinding, scraping noise, though....
YMMV
